Fumigating

When a business is to be sold every detail of the business is made to look good on paper. Unlike merley bleaching a business, the fumigating process goes to extremes much like realtors ligitimately fumigate a house by staging the furniture for the sale of a house. The difference here is that there is a "system" or science to the concealkment of very bad things asscociated with the business. Traditionally, part of the learning curve of buying and selling property includes some degree of sanitizing. But fumigating tends to lead the buyer to false expectations.
